    Hi Raymond,

    Welcome to the E2E forum!  First let's make sure the Tivaware Bulk Driver was properly installed.  Go to the Device Manager and check to see if you have any unknown USB devices.  You should see something like below:

    If this is not displayed, then it is possible the driver did not install properly.  To install the driver you must have administrator privileges for your computer.  You can manually install the drivers from the directory:

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\DSEvalSW\Drivers\Installers"

    Make sure you use the installer appropriate for your operating system.  Most likely it will be the 64-bit version.
