Part Number: TSW14J56EVM
Hi,
There is one customer who bought 4pcs TSW14J56EVM, but one of them couldn't recognize the HSDC Pro software, so this demo can't communicate with PC, he changed another PC and appear the same phenomenon. Please refer to the screen, and we could find that the HSDC Pro didn't recognize the part number.
The other three boards are no problem and could work normally.
