ADS4149: LVDS setup and hold timing

Hello

In a project, we intend to use an ADS4149 at 250 MSps.

The datasheet I have (revision G of January 2011, page 19, 20, 21) indicates setup and hold times for LVDS mode, up to 230 MSps, while for CMOS mode setup and hold times for up to 250 MSps are specified. Is this a typo, or is it not possible to use the ADS4149 in LVDS mode above 230 MSps?
