ADS131A04EVM: Switch Settings for S4, S5 and S8

Please clarify the switch setting descriptions in Tables 2 and 3 of EVM User guide.  Also clarify if the silkscreen switch positions are correct.  i.e., S5 is labelled "Header" and "Buffer" for the Up and Down positions.  Is this correct.  Same question for other switches.

    I've recently collected the errors that I've found on the board and this is what I have for now:

    1. The silkscreen is wrong for S5 and S8. That would mean that when the switch is in the down position, the Header is selected. When the switch is in the up position, the Buffer is selected.

    2. R89 should be removed or the buffer is grounded.

    3. The MOSI and MISO silkscreen is swapped on J3 (pins 3 and 5).

    4. R90 should have been unpopulated, but I think the EVM should still operate normally.

    I believe that S4 and S7 are correctly labeled.
