ADS54J64EVM: 4-channel data capture to file when using TSW14J56

I want to capture all 4 simultaneously sampled channels from the ADS54J64.

The capture buffer should at least 100Msamples per channel, and be able to be written to a file for post processing.

It looks like the combination of the TSW14J56 and HSDC Pro will get up to 512Msamples per channel, is this correct?

    Hi Mike,

    Are you using bypass mode? You should be able to capture 512M samples per channel in that case.
    In HSDC pro, number of samples to capture can be set by going to "Data Capture Options --> Capture Option --> #samples (per channel)"
    then you can save the capture data to a csv file by going to "File-->Save Integer (I32) COdes as CSV FIle"
