TSW1405EVM: tsw1405evm

Part Number: TSW1405EVM

Hello
The TSW1405EVM GUI can open and recognize a valid serial number, but when I choose OK, it will report an error.

Please help me solve this problem, thank you!

  • Hello,

With your USB cable plugged into the TSW1405, can you verify that there is 5V on TP2? If so, can you check for 1.2V at FB1 and 3.3V at FB4?

    Regards,

    Jim

  • Hello,

Yes, the voltage values are correct.

  • WuQi,

The error 1097 is a generic error caused by a crash inside the board DLL layer. One common reason for this issue is not using a proper power supply, but the power supply used here is confirmed to be proper. We would require the following information to debug this issue further.

    1.       The HSDC Pro version being used.

    2.       Complete snapshot of HSDC Pro UI when the error occurs.

    3.       The Status Log in HSDC Pro when the error occurs. The Status Log can be obtained by:

                                     i.            Double Clicking the Status Bar at left-bottom corner in HSDC Pro.

ii.            ‘Ctrl + A’ in the Status Log window to select the Logs.

iii.            ‘Right Click’ à ‘Save Selected’ and save the Status Logs to a CSV file.
