Part Number: ADS1274EVM-PDK
The ADS1274EVM evaluation board software has been installed in WIN10, WIN7, WINXP systems, but the driver can not be automatically installed successfully, so I would like to ask TI's great gods, how to solve this problem? Is it necessary to install the corresponding driver plugin to install the evaluation software, where can I download the plugin?

Welcome to the TI e2e community.
The ADS1274EVM-PDK requires both ADCPRO software and the plug-in software, ADS1274EVM-PDK-SW. The hardware drivers for the EVM are included with the plug-in.
I assume you already downloaded ADCPro, but the link for it is here in case you have not.
The software plug-in, ADS1274EVM-PDK-SW is on the ADS1274EVM-PDK web page at the below link.

For both ADCPRO and ADS1274EVM-PDK-SW, you will need to click on the 'Download' button and sign in using your myTI account.
Also, WIN7 is the preferred OS to use, but it should work in WIN10 as well.
