ADS5560: Why is the output only half?

I use serial interface mode. 

If input voltage 0V then output is 0x7FFF

Why output is not 0x0000.

    1. Set the part to ramp test pattern mode and verify you get a ramp out. This will verify power, clock and serial SPI are working properly.

    2. Since you are using the part with internal reference mode, remove the voltage you have on the VCM pin. This is an output in this mode.

    3. This part requires a differential analog input (see section 7.3.2 of the data sheet). I have no idea how the part will respond to the single-ended input you have.

    Since this is a differential input device, and you are only providing one input, you are going to lose 1/2 of the dynamic range, which is probably why you are only seeing 1/2 of the full range output.
