ADS4449: ADS4449

Part Number: ADS4449

i have a problem, the VCM of ads4449 is 0.95V,but the datasheet of ads4449 say the voltage of VCM is 1.15V,and after I used the RESET siganl, the output signal of bit[2:0] is 3'b110,the datasheet say the bit[2:0] should be3'd010 after RESET.when I enable the 14 bites output, the bit[2:0] always be 3'b000,the bit[13:3] is right.I really do not know why,I need your help.

  • User,

What is bit[2:0]? Is this one of the registers? Is this a custom board or the TI EVM?

    Regards,

    Jim

  • bit[2:0] is DAB[2:0] or DCD[2:0],this is a custom board,we apply ADS4449 to our board.Thank for your reply. The picture is the TOP view and Bottom View of the board.

  • User,

I am still confused by your question. Are you saying bits[2:0] of the data output are set to a certain value after reset? Please clarify. Is this a test pattern mode you are having issues with? Is this an internal register that is not reset properly?

Make sure the clock and power are present to the device before issuing a reset. Is your reset signal a positive pulse that is at least 10ns wide?

    Regards,

    Jim
