AFE4490: Soldering AFE4490 Chip

Part Number: AFE4490

Are there any recommendations on how to attach the 4490 chip to a PCB? There is a middle portion that needs to be grounded. I was thinking about using a wave soldering it, but I have never attempted this before.

Yes, the middle portion of AFE4490 has to be grounded.

It is really hard to solder the pins as they are underneath the chip. Is there another footprint that has different pin-outs?
