Hi TI-team

My customer want to use the ADS1013-Q1 as a single-ended input.

1. Connect AIN1 to GND.
2.The resolution is 0 V to 2.048 V at voltage level for 12 bits, and 2048 to 4095 for AD value.
(Half the range of the differential case)
Is this recognition correct?

Hi Hayashi-san,

you are correct that in order to implement a single-ended measurement with ADS1013-Q1 you need to connect AIN1 to GND.

The output codes in that case will range from 0000h to 7FF0h. Please see the 'Data Format' section in the datasheet for more details.
An output code of 0000h will represent a 0V input signal, while an output code of 7FF0h represents an input signal of close to 2.048V.
