Part Number: ADS4222EVM
Using the TSW1400 GUI I'm running the Test Procedure per the TSW1400 user manual. The jumper configuration on the ADS4222EVM
is per the user manual. I'm using RF signal generators inputting a 50MHz sinewave clock (0dBm) and varying single tone RF inputs frequency and Amplitude. The result I'm getting on the GU is in general the correct output frequency but output signal level of around +1dBFS with very high spur content.. As I vary the sig gen power between 0 and -26 dBm the amplitude changes very little. As I go lower in power the signal degrades. Any ideas?
Make sure to enable the digital functions in the GUI and set the data format to Offset Binary. See attached screen shot.
