TSW14J57EVM: HSDC import file option

Hello

I have some ADC output data exported from TSW14J57EVM as .csv file by means of HSDC.

I would like to evaluate these data "off-line" importing them on HSDC which I have installed on my laptop (without connection to EVM).

Can I simply import the data in the tool without connecting to the EVM?

Is there something special that I should take carefully into account?

Hi Massimiliano,

Yes, you can still import the data into HSDC Pro, even with no board connected. When you import the data, HSDC Pro will ask for the number of channels and data bits for the data you are importing.

You will also need to enter a valid ADC Output Data rate to get valid results.

thanks for the hint.

I have managed to work it out :-)

As far as I understood the .CSV file contains the ADC output codes but when I import the file, the tool shows codes which are different from the values in .CSV file. Is there any manipulation in between?

in the .CSV there are the two's complement of the codes, isn't it?
