Can you show oscilloscope screenshots of /CS /SCLK /DIN /DOUT when attempting to read the registers?
0A is the ID register which means most of this register is read only and cannot be written to.

It appears from the scope shot that the MOSI is changing on the wrong clock edge (phase). Make sure that the data changes on the rising edge of SCLK and is stable on the falling edge of SCLK. You scope shot shows MOSI changing on the falling edge of SCLK and stable on the rising edge.
