ADS1292RECG-FE: How to save measured data to a file (ADS1x9xECG-FE Demonstration Kit)

Part Number: ADS1292RECG-FE
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS1292

Hello

I purchased a ADS1x9xECG-FE Demonstration Kit

I measured a ECG wave

And I want to save a measured ECG wave.

But I don't save a file

Show me how to save measured data to a file

And I want to know how to store the measured data for 10 minutes.

And I want to increase the number of measurement samples, but 65500 is the maximum.

Is there a way to increase it?

Thank you

  • Hello,

Thanks for using the ADS1x9x products!  You should be able to save the time-domain information using the method you're showing.  I don't have the EVM GUI up in front of me but I think you may be able to save information directly from the chart by right-clicking on it.  You're corrrect that the number of samples in the EVM GUI is limited to 65500 at a time.

  • Hello

    Thank you for answer

You told me to use the right mouse

Please let me know what screen it is.

And tell me how to use the SAVE tap

Are the measurements from the live tap stored?

  • Hello Danny,

Thanks for your interest in our ADS1292.

Data can only be logged and saved from the 4 pages listed in Figure 30 of the user guide (Scope, FFT, Histogram, and Register Settings). You will need to select one of the analysis tabs as well as the data format to save below. Live data cannot be saved. Make sure that the directory you are saving to is valid.

As Collin mentioned, you should also be able to export data directly from the current analysis tab being viewed. Right-click and select Export->... then choose from Simplified Image, or various data formats. The data is saved in x-y format with units from the current display window.

    Best regards,
