ADS1292R: Query regarding the feedback resistor of RLD circuit

Hi,

I have attached snapshot of the RLD circuit diagram below, of the mentioned IC.

My query is whether the highlighted feedback resistor (Rext) value can be changed or altered in the design? I also would like to know whether that would effect the functionality of the IC.

Any help regarding this query highly is appreciated.
