Hi team.

The REFin terminal voltage changes from 4.6V to 4.8V.
Do you have any reason?

However, when I switch renew device, it worked normally(5V stable).

Hi Kengo,

Thank you for your query. Assuming you have a VA of 5V, I suspect that the ESD diode between the REFIN pin and VA pin might have damaged for some reason.

Hi Kengo,

The reasons can be many. It's difficult to guess from my end. It can be anything with handling, any exposure to a high voltage, or crossing the ABS max limits.
