DAC7614: Similar Device w/following parameters

Hi team,

I was wondering if we have a device similar to the DAC7614E, but with an extended operating temperature range from at least -40C to 100C. This device would need to be able to output -2.5V to +2.5V, and have SPI.

Alpha,

Can you share more about the exact requirements of the device? DAC7614 is flexible to a fair degree, so things like unipolar vs bipolar operation and reset conditions would be nice to understand in order to make a suggestion.
