Adding more details to the  question.

We are going to use TSW14j56EVM connected with ADC EVM having JESD204B interface for DAQ system. There is no slave board required to be configured in HSDC PRO GUI software for this, I think.

In this case can I use the SYSREF signal based automatic trigger for capturing the ADC data. And shall I use the editing portion for ini file given in the reference I am looking in previous post?

One more small confirmation I need is whether this HSDC PRO GUI software will work in Windows 10. It was mentioned that it will work in Windows Xp/7. Just wanted to confirm that it will work on Windows 10.

You can set it to SYSREF Based Master Trigger Mode in the ini file, in which case the FPGA will generate a trigger aligned with first SYSREF rising edge (once capture is pressed) on the TRIG OUT pin and receive the same on the TRIG IN pin and start capture aligned with next SYSREF rising edge (trigger has to be looped back externally using a SMA-to-SMA cable connected to the two connectors on the EVM).

Thanks for the sample files.

And I have couple of doubts.

1) Setting to SYSREF Based Master Trigger Mode in the ini file, Is that the same content as provided in User Guide Document in page 20?

2) And we have to receive three channels from ADC EVM to TSW14J56 EVM, two having the same sampling rate and another having a different sampling rate.

In this case I could not give Samples per Channel for two different sampling rate being used as there is only one input field for this.

So is there any option in editing any configuration file to assign samples per channel for different channels and stop capturing once the required samples are captured in respective channels?

Can you explain #2 in more details? I do not see how you can capture ADC channels that are using different sample rates at the same time. This is not allowed by the GUI.
