Part Number: ADS4145EVM

Hello, I work with ads 4145EVM and try to get ADC SNR performance according to its data sheet. I get the true results for low signal level but at large signal level (-2 dBFS) I get only 70 dB (instead of about 73 dB according to data sheet). That result is for clock signal and input signal take from high performance signal generator (SMW200A) and afternoon bandpass filtering. How can I get a better SNR result like the data sheet ?     Yinon,

    Are you using bandpass filters on both the IF and clock? Have you disabled the low speed mode (address 0xDF data 0x00) if using a high frequency clock? Have you enabled both high performance modes (address 0x03 data 0x03 and address 0x4A data 0x01)?
