Hi，

The datasheet  describes the internal reference voltage（2.5V）. Can external reference voltage be used，

If so， can external reference voltage be up to 5V？

    Hello,

    This device does support an external voltage reference, which limited from 2.4V to AVDD. AVDD can be set to 5V, which then allows for VREF to be set to 5V.

    page 29 of the datasheet explains in further detail about setting the device to use the external reference.
