ADS7142: Package

Part Number: ADS7142

Hi,

Few month ago I designed PCB based on ADS7142 in X2QFN package.

Now I design another PCB with this part and suddenly I see that ADS7142 product page contains a link to ADS7142-Q1 datasheet in WSON package, which, of course, does not fit my existing schematic/PCB.

The question is if ADS7142 part in X2QFN package is still in production and available for purchase or should I redesign the PCB?

What is a planned longevity of ADS7142 in X2QFN?

    Hello,

    There seems to be a mistake with the datasheet, the ADS7142-Q1 version of the datasheet has incorrectly replaced the catalog version.

    We are working to fix this, and have the correct datasheet displayed. This will need a 24 hour refresh.

    This is not an indicator on either part's status. Both parts are very active and will continue to be. Please feel confident to continue using the ADS7142
