And then how do I open the binary file or convert it to .csv?

    Hello Erik,

    You can export the data to Excel as follows:

    In the Time Domain Display window, hover the mouse pointer over the captured waveform and right click; you will get a menu option for Export, and can then send it to an excel spreadsheet.
