Does the DAC3283 support two input real signals (not I and Q, just two I's) and if so, what is the configuration needed to support this?

Yes, the DAC3283 support real signal inputs for two channels. You cannot use complex mixer and QMC functions as the functions will mix the two channels (as if they are complex signal).
