DAC60501: question about DAC60501 SPI MODE

Hello,

I need help.

I try to use DAC60501 in SPI mode with this hardware :

SPI2C : GND

SYNC : CS SPI PROCESSOR

SDIN : MOSI SPI PROCESSOR

SCLK : CLK SPI PROCESSOR

REFIO : not connected (i use internal vref)

VDD : 3V3

AGND : GND

it's doesnt work properly....

The frequency of SPI is 1Mhz.

What is SPI mode (CPOL ? CPHA ?) i need to use for this DAC ?

I want to be sure i use correct mode...

Hi Fenvi,

DAC60501 supports SPI mode 1 and 2

SPI Mode	CPOL	CPHA	Clock Polarity	Clock Phase Used to Sample Data
1	0	1	Logic low	Data sampled on the falling edge
2	1	1	Logic high	Data sampled on the falling edge

After checking this, still if you are facing problems, revert back to us with a complete scope shots of your SPI communication, so that we can help you to debug.
