Hello,

Can you provide the DNL and INL parameters for ADC32RF45 chip ? I can't find them in datasheet.

Hi Konrad,

ADC32RF45 is not suitable for DC applications. So DNL and INL measurements are not done for it.

Hi,

Thank you for information, that was my first feeling after glancing at datasheet but I never heard about ADC that are not good for DC application so I was not sure what to make of it. Can you point me to some information about why this ADC is not suitable for DC application ?

Hi Konrad,

Each ADC channel in ADC32RF45 is internally interleaved four times. DC offset of four ADC cores varies with temperature and over time. So though there is internal digital offset corrector, the DC performance of ADC is poor.
