ADS5287: Package Outline is Missing from Datasheet

Hi team,

ADS5287 package outline is missing from the datasheet.

When I searched for VQFN(RGC)64 from "Packaging" on the Support page, I found a PDF file, but there is no description of a dimension drawing like a data sheet.
　The data sheet of another product "MSP430FR68721" which used the same package had a dimensional drawing, so I checked it here, but the EXPOSED THERMAL PAD looks smaller than the usual VQFN my customer previously used.

I would like to check if there are any special circumstances or restrictions on the use of ADS5287 because the package drawing is not available and the EXPOSED THERMAL PAD is small.
