ADS7253: Analog voltage

Hi

In the datasheet the analog voltage the absolute min is -0,3 V and absolute max is 6 V.

The Nominal analog votage is 5 V.

I use this setup with 5 V already in an application.

Now I want to use it in another application but here I only have 3,3 V available.

Can I use the ADS7253 with 3,3 V as analog voltage?

    Hello Magnus,

    Thank you for your post.

    The usable power supply ranges are provided on page 10 of the data sheet in the Electrical Characteristics table. For AVDD, the supply voltage must be between 4.5 V and 5.5 V. The Absolute Maximum Ratings are only intended to suggest the applied voltages and currents that the device can tolerate without damage.
