Section 7.5 of the DAC8760’ data sheets “ Electrical Characteristics” shows the TUE value for the 0- mA to 20- mA and 0- mA to 24- mA ranges. Please tell me these TUE values given without user’s calibration of an offset and gain errors? Or do these TUE values include user calibration of offset and gain errors? Can the TUE in section 7.5 be reduced using offset and gain error calibration?

    The TUE in the electrical characteristics table is specified without user calibration of gain and offset errors. Calibrating the offset and gain errors will improve the TUE as well since the TUE is dominated by those errors. However, it should be noted that the user calibration is implemented digitally and it cannot change the analog output span of the DAC.
