ADC12DJ5200RFEVM: Electronics Test Engineer

We used to use ADC3200EVM and we are moving onto ADC12DJ5200RFEVM. HSDC Pro is the same with the patch. We did follow the instruction and were able to make the ADC12DJ5200RFEVM now and them up to 4GHz or so and wer were experimenting with it to push the speed to 10.4G. But along the way the ADC12DJ5200RFEVM stopped being recognized by WIN10. We uninstalled and re-installed both programs and drivers multiple times to no avail. Power to the board is fine and we tried multiple USB cables. It has become un-expected road block in integrating this board in our testing prep...

Anything we could be missing?

Call me crazy but installing ADC12DLxx00EVM GUI Installer v1.0 (instead of having just Setup_ADC12DJxx00RFEVMGUI v1.0.5) seems to make it work. Does it mean the driver (FTDI I believe...) doesnt get installed with the v1.05? Did I miss something in the documents???

Hi Mesfin,

Are you installing the ADC12DJ500RF EVM GU as an administrator? If not please uninstall the Gui and reinstall as an administrator. Also after installing it please also run the GUI as an administrator. Let me know if you still have issues.
