TSW14J57EVM: BOARD RECEIVED WITH BROKEN COMPONENT-URGENT ACTION REQUIRED

We have received above order number on 30/05/2020 in our custody, but when unpacked, on physical observation, before powering on it is note that one of Component in the board is physically broken lost its board contact. It is observed that there is no visible evidence of transit damage in the package. Please find attached photographs of the card damage part. Component board reference is T1.Kindly advise us to resolve the issue

    T1 is only used for external SYSREF which is almost never used by any customer. The board should work fine without it. If you would like a replacement board,

    and you bought it from a distributor, you will have to work with them to get a replacement. If you bought it from the TI Store, the following link has the details and a link to the form to start the return process.  Once you are on the returns and refunds page of the TI Store look for the hyperlink which says: TI store customer support form.
