What is the purpose of the REFN pin? Can/should this be tied to any potential other than ground?

Hello Saurabh,

Thank you for your post.

REFN is the ground reference for REFIO. You should decouple REFIO to REFN with a 470-pF ceramic capacitor. REFN must also be tied to the analog ground plane in your system.
