ADC12DJ5200RFEVM: Could you tell me the specifications of floor noise?

Part Number: ADC12DJ5200RFEVM

I use ADC12DJ5200RFEVM with a single input.
When I opened the input and checked the floor noise using HSDC, it was about -68 dBFS when FS_RANGE is 500 mVpp and about -75 dBFS when FS_RANGE is 1000 mVpp.
・Is this floor noise value reasonable?
・Could you tell me how to calculate the theoretical value?

    Hi User,

    The noise floor should be much lower. When you are changing the full scale range you will need you run the calibration to get the correct floor. To run the calibration uncheck and check the cal trigger button. as shown in pic below.
