TSW14J57EVM: Input levels for J12 and J15

The default input level is set to 1.8V. This is controlled by regulator U22. Switch SW7 allows this to be changed if required. See attached schematic and the TSW14J57EVM User's Guide, which can be found under the TSW14J57EVM product folder on the TI website, for more information.
