DAC3282: Power dissipation & Junction Temp

Hi team,

I want to know Junction temperature of DAC3282.

What will be power dissipation of DAC3282 , if I am using 105 MSPS data rate & by using x2 interpolation, doing sampling @ 210 MSPS?

I am using only one channel of it.

Hi,

Please see figure 19 to figure 23 for power consumption vs sample rate. You will save 50% of AVDD33 by using only one channel.

& What will be the Junction temperature of DAC3282? As in datasheet, nothing mentioned regarding this.

Hi,

you may use information on section 6.4 and SPRA953 to estimate the junction temperature.
