ADC12DJ5200RF: IBIS AMI Model simulation

Hi Team,

I have downloaded the IBIS-AMI model of ADC12DJ5200RF for simulation and when i am trying to select the data nets, it's showing error saying that the pin has no model in the file. Attached the image for your reference. Kindly look into it let us know at the earliest.

Hi,

I have checked the IBIS-AMI file download and it looks to be there. 7zip program is also required separately, to unzip this model file.

I attached a pic for reference.

Hi Rob,

I have .7zip using which i have extracted the file but we are getting the warning. Please let me know is there any file missing?

Hi Anand,

After looking at your issue a bit deeper, I believe you are trying to model each lane independently.

In the IBIS-AMI model we give you the choice to use either choose lane 2 or lane 4. Which is effectively the best and worst case lanes across all the lanes.

Hopefully, that solves the issue. Please let us know.
