I'm looking for an EVM for ADS8167.

Is it possible to replace the IC (ADS8167) with the ADS8168EVM?

Hello Kenji,

Yes, the ADS8168 and ADS8167 are pin-2-pin compatible. If you use the software GUI, you will want to set the Sampling rate to 500ksps or less.

If ADS8168EVM is set to SPS=500kHz with GUI, will it be the same operation verification as ADS8167?

Hello Kenji,

Yes, if the ADS8168 is operated at 500ksps on the EVM, then you will get equivalent performance to the ADS8167 operating at 500ksps.
