ADS4249: UNUSED Pin and differential input

Hello,

I have a few questions regarding the differential analog to digital converter ADS4249. 

1. UNUSED Pin - should I let this pin float or tie to ground?

2. The ADC has differential inputs (INM, INP), but I have a single ended bipolar signal. I will have to convert it to a differential one and offset it by VCM, right?
