ADC32RF45EVM: We are trying to capture data with Ti capture board and Ti ADC board

Hai sir

We are trying to get the data from High speed data capture pro with Ti capture board and Ti ADC32RF45 board.

We are giving configurations in GUI is

Clocks to ADC is ------- LMK2582 to ADC

Sample frequency at 1536Msps

Mode is Bypass with 14 bit resolution and LMFS is 8224

giving LMX04828 clock outputs tab divided by 16

ADC32RFXX tab.---------- Invert sync polarity is disabled

In High speed data converter pro, i set the firmware and ADC output data rate is 1.5G and ADC part number is ADC32RF45_LMF_8224

ADC RF input frequency is 1.536G

Please can you suggest us to get data properly on HSDC pro.

Hi Roja Veereddy.

Invert sync polarity shouldn't be disabled when capturing with TSW14J56/7 capture card. Sync polarity is expected to be inverted by the capture card.

Though the above reason should be why SYNC is not established, please correct the below two issues as well:

1. Why are input signal same frequency as sample rate? That would alias to DC and get nulled by offset corrector.

2. In HSDC Pro, ADC output rate should be set to same frequency as ADC sample rate which is 1536 MSPS and not 1.5G.
