Part Number: ADS1018
For my calculation of reliability of fiber-optic hyroscope civilian use
i need transistor counts for TI parts ADS1018, SN74LVC2G06 and SN74LVC2G14.
Where can I find this information?
Or i can use MTTF equivalent to 60 deg C, 90% Confidence Level for TI parts ADS1018, SN74LVC2G06 and SN74LVC2G14.
How can i use www.ti.com/.../temperature-change-FIT.html for calculating MTTF by Application Temperature 60 deg C?
