TSW14J57EVM: Coding on the Arria 10 in this evaluation module

Part Number: TSW14J57EVM

Hi, for my senior capstone I have a project that utilizes the TSW14J57EVM which uses the Arria 10 FPGA. My professor already owns this device. I had a question on how to alter the firmware and code the FPGA. It seems like the Arria 10 can be coded using Quartus Prime from Intel, but a subscription costs upwards of 4000 dollars, something a senior capstone cannot afford.

We were wondering if someone at TI could help us find another way in which we can code on the FPGA for cheaper, maybe even for free? This can be anything from using the cloud or other coding suites. Any ideas will be great for us. Everything hinges on being able to alter the FPGA on this evaluation module, so thank you for your support!!
