CONVST_A and REF_IO is connected on the function diagram as below;

Is this typo?

    Hi Kuramochi-san,

    Good catch.  Yes, there is an error in that image and the REF_IO signal does not connect to CONVST_A.  The REF_IO output should have only been connected to the REF_IO pin and the three internal reference buffers.
