I am working on a complex design that will require 16 DAC8728s for a total of 128 analog DAC channels. My plan is to use a 6U VME Style (but customized rack for the overall design that also involves other 6U cards with high-voltage analog amplifiers. The 16 DAC8728s will be interfacing to a Xilinx ZC706 evaluation board for the digital interface and then likely to our our FPGA. I am just getting started but would like to start communicating with a TI Engineer who can help guide both the analog/digital layout as well as the hi-speed interface and the best way to ensure signal integrity with that many DACs while also properly laying out the analog and digital sections. It would also help if I could get the source files for the DAC8728EVM board and I don't see them on the TI website. This will be a lengthy process and if the engineer is willing to directly correspond, I can provide my email and direct contact info as needed.
