Hi team,

here is a confusing item want to confirm with you:

  • if the OSR pin setting is the only way to adjust it? notice that datasheet only mentioned OSR pin setting as following:
  • any possible way to set it by SPI register?

    Hello Mia Ma,

    The OSR settings can only be pin set.  There is no way to set OSR through SPI register. This is also true for the FILTER, FSMODE, HR, and FORMAT pins.

    When using SPI mode, you can read the status of these pins over SPI, but you cannot control them.  If you need to change the pin settings during operation, then you will need to use GPIO pins to control these functions.  For example, the ADS127L01EVM uses an IOexpander to control each of the hardware pins.
