AFE4900: How to get the SpO2 data at wrist.

Hello.

I testing a PPG sensor of AFE4900.

I am using a PPG sensor to measure SpO2 on wrist.

However, there is a difference in data between IR and Red, so the SpO2 value cannot be accurately found.

* PPG Sensor(SFH7072) Red, IR LED current : 20mA same

I think I measured it with finger on TIDA-01580.

How do I measure SpO2 on wrist?
