I'm going to design GSR Sensor using AFE4300 for whrist device.

Is it possible? And, it is possible, please let me the guidance about designing that.

We do not have a proven design, but have lots of devices that you may be able to use. When developing a GSR device you want to measure a lot of biological things such as pulse rate, changes in muscle tension, skin temperature, respiration rate, etc. You could look at the following TI designs that may help you get started.
