Howdy Seishin,
There are a couple of error sources that affect DAC DC performance -- these error sources include INL, gain error, and offset error. These error sources are typically described in that datasheet and can be used to approximate the actual output voltage, as well as calculate the TUE (total unadjusted error) value.
