Tj of the TVP5160-Datasheet-103 page is mentioned with TBD, but please teach the temperature of Commercial and Industrial.
Please inform it of when it is settled if it is not yet still decided it.

105C should be a safe maximum to use for the TVP5160 junction temperature.
