Can you specify what you mean by "long team drift data?" Are you able find this data in a datasheet for any other TI DACs? If so can you send me a snippet of the data as an example so i can better understand what you are asking for?

Hello Yusuf,

Thank you for follow up my question.

The long team drift means long team stablility for DC characteristics based on the internal reference change with time. It is not temp drift. I think DNL and INL are not affected but offset and gain error should be affected. Normally this kind of data is shown for precision reference ICs as below, not shown for integrated devices.
