WEBENCH® Tools/TSW1400EVM: TSW1400EVM + DAC34SH84 only one tone output

Hello I'm using TSW1400EVM and DAC34SH84EVM and I have the following problems using DATAConverter PRO and DAC34SH84 SW:

1) I have to run the APP as administrator otherwise it gives an error reading configuration files;

2) I can't generate more than one tone in dataconverter pro, the button to activate multitone generation is grayed why? This would be very important to me.

3) the EVB are correctly working with external clock while it deliver a very noisy and corrupted output when I try to use the DAC34SH84 EVB internal oscillator. I tried to use the examples contained in installation directory but the output is corrupted. Is there any simple procedure and configuration file I can load to check if all is working?

Have you referenced the following user guide?

If not please do so. If the issues persist after reading and following instructions, please provide me with the following.

Please send snapshots of HSDC pro highlighting the "greyed out" portion that you are referring to.

Please send me a picture of the DAC34SH84EVM you are using. I would like to see how your jumper settings are set.

Also send me an image of the output signal when you are using internal PLL and external clock so that i can see the difference in performance that you are talking about.
